For Your Benefits

Don't forget that our dental insurance changed as of January 1, 2002. It is now administered through Gallagher Benefit Administrators, Inc. When you go to the dentist, show them your new Quanta card, and they can call Gallagher for benefit information. You are not limited to a list of certain dentists.

Our health care coverage is still with Blue Shield of California (if you are in the HMO plan). Continue to use your Blue Shield card when you need medical coverage. If you are in the PPO plan (out of state or in Napa Co.), use your Quanta card for medical coverage, also.
