IN LOVING MEMORY Gene W. Franke September 10, 1941 - January 10, 2003 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gene Franke. Gene was a dedicated Underground employee for thirty-three years. His valued experience ranged from heading Pacific Bell cost plus maintenance work in the Contra Costa area to estimating and managing major contract projects throughout northern California.   Through the years, Gene had gained the respect of both Undergroundís clients and those who had the honor of knowing and working with him.
